With the Corona virus causing widespread disruption to our lives we want to outline some of the ways that Maidenhead Computer Services can still help you with your computer problems, whilst at the same time not increasing the risk you face from the virus.

We are no longer carrying our home visits or allowing people come inside our home office. However, here are details of how we can help:

Drop-off service

In order to maintain social distancing we are offering a drop-off service where you can drop your computer off at the front door and maintain social distance.

  1. Give us a call and tell us when you will be arriving.
  2. I will put a table outside where you can put your computer.
  3. Ring the doorbell and step back 2m.
  4. I will answer door, say hello and can pick up your computer.

Once compute is fixed we can arrange payment and you can then come and collect it..

Payment can be arranged by doing an online transfer or I can send you an invoice.

Remote login

If you have an internet connection to your computer then there is a good chance we can help you remotely. You can read more about this service on the remote login page.

Skype Calls and Zoom Calls
