How to fix LibreOffice error 1303

If you receive the following error whilst trying to install LibreOffice then there is a simple solution.

Error 1303: The installer has insufficient priveledges to access the directotry: C:Program Files (x86)LibreOffice 6.0program. The installation cannot continue. Log on as an administrator or contact your system administrator.

If you have a Brother printer installed then the software associated with thiis the likely problem! Very strange I know but trust me...

You need to close the Brother Printer Control Centre. Then click Retry and the installation should continue without any problems. You will find the Brother Control Center in the Windows task bar. Once you find the icon, right mouse click it and click Close.

The screenshot below shows where you will find the icon. I don't have a Brother printer so I can't show you what the icon looks like but if you hover over each icon it will tell you what it is.

Let us know in the comments below if this solves the problem for you or if you know of any other solutions.
