Jim’s computer was affected by a recent thunderstorm and he wasn’t able to access the internet or his NAS storage device. We installed a new network card and did a complete reset of the NAS drive to get everything working again. Here’s what Jim said:

Sue’s all-in-one computer just wouldn’t boot into Windows. The connection of the hard drive to the motherboard was loose and dirty. Once this problem was resolved the computer worked fine. Here’s what Sue said:

Babs had problems with chrome browser because it had been infected by a virus. The virus was removed and the laptop was given a good security check to make sure there were no other problems. Here’s what Babs said:
